Podcast Producer (Audio/Video)

Organization: AI for All Tomorrows
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time / Contract (bi-weekly production schedule)

About the Podcast

We’re re-launching our long-form audio/video podcast rooted in curiosity, imagination, and connection. Each 30–45 minute, interview-based episode brings together diverse perspectives (e.g., comedians alongside technologists, artists in conversation with tech designers) to envision more expansive futures for technology in the world. We’re currently recording remotely and releasing new episodes bi-weekly.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to own the end-to-end production process. You’ll collaborate closely with the host and team at AI for All Tomorrows to shape conversations, manage recordings, and deliver polished audio/video episodes.

  • Produce bi-weekly long-form podcast episodes (30–45 minutes), from raw recording to final cut

  • Edit and mix audio (and video, if applicable) for clarity, pacing, and tone

  • Manage remote recording sessions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed

  • Collaborate on episode structure, flow, and storytelling

  • Ensure consistent production quality and timely delivery

  • Prepare final assets for distribution (audio and/or video-ready files)

Requirements

  • Proven experience producing and editing podcasts (audio required; video strongly preferred)

  • Strong editing skills and comfort with tools like Descript, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar

  • Experience with remote recording workflows (we use Riverside)

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience producing interview-based or long-form podcasts

  • Familiarity with tech, culture, comedy, or social impact storytelling

  • Ability to suggest creative ideas to elevate the listening/viewing experience
